The SD-3002-30 / 50 Multi-Turn Electric Actuator from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a heavy-duty, high-torque actuator designed for precise control of large multi-turn valves in demanding industrial environments. With torque outputs of 300 Nm and 500 Nm, it is ideally suited for high-load applications requiring durability, accuracy, and consistent performance.
Driven by a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, the actuator ensures reliable torque delivery and efficient operation under varying process conditions. Its advanced worm and spur gear mechanism provides high torque multiplication, smooth motion, and self-locking capability for secure valve positioning.
The actuator is equipped with bi-directional torque and travel limit switches, offering protection against overload and over-travel while ensuring precise valve control. The integrated stay-put mechanism maintains valve position during power failure, enhancing operational safety and reliability.
Constructed with a robust aluminium alloy enclosure, the actuator provides IP65 weatherproof protection (optional IP67/IP68), making it suitable for harsh industrial and outdoor environments. The manual handwheel with auto-declutch system enables safe and smooth manual operation during power interruptions.
