The SD-3001-12 Multi-Turn Electric Actuator from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a robust and high-performance actuator designed for precise control of multi-turn valves in medium-duty industrial applications. With a torque output of 120 Nm, it delivers reliable and efficient performance across a wide range of process conditions.
Driven by a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, the actuator ensures consistent torque delivery and smooth operation. Its worm and spur gear mechanism provides high torque multiplication, controlled speed, and self-locking capability for secure valve positioning.
The actuator is equipped with bi-directional torque and travel limit switches, protecting the system from overload and over-travel while ensuring accurate valve control. The integrated stay-put mechanism maintains valve position during power failure, enhancing safety and operational reliability.
Constructed with a durable aluminium alloy enclosure, the actuator offers IP65 weatherproof protection (optional IP67/IP68), making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. The manual handwheel with auto-declutch system enables safe manual operation during power interruptions.
