The SD-3001-03 Multi-Turn Electric Actuator from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a compact and reliable actuator designed for precise control of multi-turn valves in light-duty industrial applications. With a torque output of 30 Nm,60 Nm ,80 Nm  it is ideal for smaller valve sizes requiring accurate and efficient operation.

Powered by a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, the actuator ensures smooth torque delivery and consistent performance. Its worm and spur gear mechanism provides effective torque transmission, controlled speed, and self-locking capability for secure valve positioning.

The actuator is equipped with bi-directional torque and travel limit switches, ensuring protection against overload and over-travel while maintaining precise valve control. The integrated stay-put mechanism holds the valve position during power failure, enhancing operational safety.

Constructed with a durable aluminium alloy enclosure, the actuator offers IP65 weatherproof protection (optional IP67/IP68), making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial environments. A manual handwheel with auto-declutch system allows safe manual operation during power interruptions.
