The SD-3000-30 Multi-Turn Electric Actuator from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a heavy-duty actuator designed for accurate and reliable operation of multi-turn valves in demanding industrial environments. With a torque output of 300 Nm, it is suitable for medium to high-load applications requiring durability and consistent performance.
Powered by a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, the actuator ensures efficient torque delivery and stable operation under varying conditions. Its worm and spur gear mechanism provides high torque multiplication, smooth motion, and self-locking capability to securely hold valve position.
The actuator features bi-directional torque and travel limit switches, offering protection against overload and over-travel while ensuring precise control. The integrated stay-put mechanism maintains valve position during power failure, enhancing operational safety.
Built with a rugged aluminium alloy enclosure, the actuator provides IP65 weatherproof protection (optional IP67/IP68), making it ideal for harsh industrial and outdoor applications. A manual handwheel with auto-declutch system allows safe manual operation during power interruptions.
