The SD-3000-20 Multi-Turn Electric Actuator from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a high-performance actuator designed for precise control of multi-turn valves in medium to heavy-duty industrial applications. With a torque output of 200 Nm, it delivers reliable and consistent performance for critical process automation systems.
Powered by a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, the actuator ensures stable torque delivery and efficient operation under varying load conditions. Its advanced gear mechanism (worm and spur combination) provides high torque multiplication, smooth motion, and self-locking capability for secure valve positioning.
The actuator is equipped with bi-directional torque and travel limit switches, ensuring protection against overload and over-travel while maintaining operational safety. A built-in stay-put feature keeps the valve in position during power failure, enhancing system reliability.
Constructed with a rugged aluminium alloy enclosure, the actuator offers IP65 weatherproof protection (optional IP67/IP68), making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. The manual handwheel with auto-declutch system allows safe and easy operation during power interruptions.
