The SD-3000-10 Multi-Turn Electric Actuator from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a robust and high-performance actuator engineered for precise control of multi-turn valves in demanding industrial applications. Designed for reliability and long service life, it ensures smooth and accurate valve positioning across continuous and intermittent duty operations.
Equipped with a three-phase induction motor, the actuator delivers consistent torque output with high efficiency. Its advanced worm gear and spur gear mechanism provides increased torque multiplication, controlled speed, and self-locking capability for secure valve positioning.
The actuator features bi-directional torque and travel limit switches, protecting both the actuator and valve from overload and over-travel conditions. A built-in stay-put mechanism ensures the valve position is maintained during power failure, enhancing operational safety.
Its weatherproof aluminium enclosure (IP65, optional IP67/IP68) makes it suitable for harsh environments including outdoor and process industries. The actuator also includes a manual handwheel with auto-declutch system, allowing smooth manual operation during power interruption.
