The SD-2000-600-4 Linear Actuator is designed for high-performance valve automation, delivering consistent force and reliable control in demanding industrial environments.
With a 600 kgf actuating force, it is well-suited for medium to large valves operating under high load conditions. The actuator features a self-locking drive mechanism that ensures stable positioning without drift, along with a disc spring coupling system that maintains consistent closing force for tight shut-off and leak-free operation.
Driven by a synchronous stall motor, it offers smooth, jerk-free movement with high positioning accuracy. Its adjustable stroke and force capability enhances flexibility while protecting the valve from mechanical stress.
Encased in a robust aluminium weatherproof housing (IP65–IP67), the actuator is built to withstand harsh industrial and outdoor environments.
