The SD-2000-200 Series Linear Actuator is engineered for high-precision valve control where accuracy, reliability, and durability matter.

Built with a self-locking mechanism, it ensures stable positioning without drift. The actuator uses a synchronous stall motor with spur gear drive, delivering smooth and jerk-free motion. Its disc spring coupling system maintains consistent closing force, ensuring tight shut-off and zero leakage performance.

The design supports adjustable stroke and force, protecting valves from overload while improving lifespan. With a weatherproof aluminium housing (IP65–IP67), it performs reliably even in harsh industrial environments.

Both models (-1 and -2) are identical in construction and performance, with the only difference being operating speed, allowing flexibility based on application requirements.
