The SD-2001-15 / SD-2001-20 actuators are part of SDTORK’s advanced SD-2000 Series, designed for precise valve and damper automation using a linear-to-rotary conversion mechanism. These actuators provide reliable quarter-turn operation, making them ideal for medium torque applications across various industrial processes.

Equipped with a synchronous stall-duty motor, the actuator ensures smooth, accurate, and jerk-free operation. The integrated disc spring-based stayput mechanism maintains constant closing force and ensures tight shut-off, even during power failure conditions.

The actuator features a robust aluminium enclosure with IP65/IP67 protection, ensuring resistance against dust, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions. Its compact design and high stiffness (self-locking mechanism) enhance operational safety and durability.

With adjustable stroke, precise limit switching, and optional position feedback systems, the SD-2001 models offer excellent positioning accuracy and long service life, making them suitable for both ON-OFF and modulating control applications
