The SD-1001-40 / 50 Series Electric Actuator is a high-performance quarter-turn actuator designed for precise and reliable valve automation in demanding industrial applications. It delivers torque outputs of 400 Nm and 500 Nm, making it ideal for operating ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, and dampers.
Integrated with a panel-mounted digital servo controller, it supports 4–20 mA input, enabling accurate 0–100% valve positioning, real-time feedback, and seamless integration with PLC / DCS systems. The system offers Auto / Manual modes for flexible operation.
Built with a durable aluminum alloy housing and a self-locking gear mechanism, the actuator ensures long service life and stable performance. It is powered by an induction motor with thermal protection and includes limit switches, position indication, and manual override, ensuring safe and reliable operation even during power failure.
