Built with a rugged flameproof enclosure compliant with international standards, the actuator ensures safe operation in explosive atmospheres by preventing internal ignition from propagating outside. The aluminum alloy housing provides excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
The actuator features a high-efficiency gear mechanism with self-locking capability, ensuring secure valve positioning even during power failure. Its squirrel-cage induction motor with thermal protection delivers stable and reliable performance under varying load conditions.
Equipped with limit switches, torque protection, and position indication, the actuator ensures accurate control and protection of both valve and system. Optional integration with automation systems enables seamless operation and control in modern industrial processes.
