The FSD-1001-40 / 60-Ex Series Electrical Actuator with Local Control Station (LCS) is a heavy-duty, flameproof quarter-turn actuator designed for precise and reliable valve and damper automation in hazardous and demanding industrial environments. Integrated with a Local Control Station (LCS), the actuator enables both local and remote operation, offering enhanced flexibility, safety, and control. The LCS includes selector switches, push buttons, and status indications for convenient on-site operation.
Constructed with a rugged aluminum alloy enclosure, the actuator provides excellent corrosion resistance along with certified flameproof and weatherproof protection. Its worm and worm gear mechanism ensures smooth torque transmission with a self-locking feature, maintaining valve position securely even during power failure.
Powered by a reliable induction motor with thermal protection, the actuator delivers stable performance under varying load conditions.
