The FSD-1001-03 / 05-Ex with Local Control Station (LCS) from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a compact, flameproof quarter-turn actuator designed for precise and reliable valve automation in hazardous and marine environments. Delivering torque outputs of 30 Nm and 50 Nm, it is ideal for butterfly valves, dampers, and small process valves.

Equipped with an integrated Local Control Station (LCS), the actuator allows safe local operation along with remote control capability, enhancing operational flexibility in critical applications.

The actuator features an II 2 G Ex d IIC T5 Gb IP68 (-20°C to + 40°C) certified enclosure, ensuring maximum safety in explosive atmospheres by preventing ignition risks caused by internal sparks or heat . Its marine-grade aluminum alloy body with epoxy coating (RAL 5021) provides superior resistance against corrosion, humidity, and salt-laden environments.

Powered by a squirrel-cage induction motor with thermal protection, the actuator ensures stable and reliable performance under varying load conditions. The worm gear self-locking mechanism maintains valve position securely, even during power failure.

A key/handwheel manual override allows safe operation during power loss, while its compact, lightweight, and rugged design makes it ideal for space-constrained installations.
