The FSD-1001 Series Quarter-Turn Electrical Actuators with Reversible Starter from SDTORK Controls Pvt. Ltd. are compact, high-performance solutions designed for precise valve and damper automation across a wide range of industrial applications. Covering torque outputs from 30 Nm to 600 Nm, these actuators are ideal for butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and dampers.

Equipped with a reversible starter system, the actuator ensures smooth forward and reverse motor operation, enabling reliable OPEN/CLOSE control with enhanced motor protection. The starter can be provided in panel-mounted, wall-mounted configurations, offering flexibility in installation and operation.

Built with a robust aluminum alloy housing, the actuator provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The worm and worm gear mechanism ensures efficient torque transmission with a self-locking feature, maintaining valve position securely even during power failure.

Designed for harsh environments, the actuator offers IP65 protection (optional IP67 / IP68), making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. It supports On-Off, Inching, and Modulating control modes, ensuring compatibility with modern automation systems
